I will try to explain some of the materials that generally use with electrical and electronic processes. These tools are materials that we use to assemble, disassemble, or maintenance the materials we use. These are looking simple but important for work.

The shear is generally used to cutting tunnels. The shear uses, because of tunnels are plastic and shear has a soft area on scissors. Thus the parts of the tunnel that are cut will not be damaged.

CABLE CUTTER

The cable cutter is used to cutting or robbing cables. There are cutter blades on it and it is looking like pliers or chisels. It can rob every type of cable easily. And also it can cut all types of cable. This tool gives you a time and clean result.

SCREWDRIVERS

It is a hand tool for using screwing the screw into place and when necessary to remove them from one place. The type of screws can be straight, or star-shaped. Today, it is used in every field.

CABLE CRIMPER

Cable rings are used to connect cables clearly and efficiently. The cable crimper is used to tighten the rings after stripping the cables. It is used as a plier. It prevents delivery rings from being lost energy. They prevent energy loss on line or cable by using rings. It reduces the burrs that may occur on the cable.

CABLE STRİPPER

The cable stripper is just used for robbing cables. You can also rob the cable by using a cable cutter, but this is not fast. In cable stripper, you can rob all cables regularly, fastly and easily. A cable stripper may give an option on the how much size of robbing the isolator part of the cable.

TERMINAL BLOCKS

Terminal blocks are using for safety. Which prevents loss of life and property that may occur in case of cable contact with a human or any conductive part. There are many different types of this terminal like; ceramic, plastic, interlaced, or distributor. At the same time, it allows easy tracking of the cable. It gives an aesthetic appearance.

CONSTANT CURRENT SOURCE

Theoretically, an ideal voltage source should have zero input impedance. An ideal current source should have infinite input impedance. If the source’s input impedance is less than the load, it can operate as an ideal voltage source.

The constant current power supply consists of 4 active devices. The input part of the device is defined as a DC voltage source and its purpose is to regulate the current. This current provides AC voltage to supply the device in the regulator. The constant current power supply consists of a DC power supply and this power supply feeds the high current gain operational amplifiers in the circuits. Feedback is done with shunt resistors.

In constant current sources, the output terminal has a different potential than the negative terminal of the DC power supply. This is due to voltage drops due to shunt resistance.
